These terms and conditions apply to the use of The Crabb Pot’s website. When placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

We want you to be happy with our services and products. If you have any questions or queries, please contact us.


To keep things as simple as possible we charge a flat rate fee for delivery irrespective of how much you spend with us.

Your orders will be made by Royal Mail First Class delivery.

Our delivery charges are:
£5.95 – UK
£8.95 – Europe
£14.95 – Worldwide

We take pride in doing our upmost to make sure our lovely products are packaged up well and received by you in perfect order and we aim to dispatch your items between 24 and 48 hours after purchase (stock permitting). At busy times delivery may take slightly longer. If you require next day delivery, contact us and we will do our best to oblige.

If there is likely to be a delay, beyond the normal period, with an item that is in stock, we will notify you. If an item is not available we will contact you and issue you with a full refund.

Payments are processed through PayPal, a secure and trusted online payment method. We accept payments by all major credit card and debit card companies. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment. You will receive an email confirmation of the transaction after placing your order.

Returns Policy

If you have a problem with any product ordered from us, or are not happy with it for any reason, we would like to know about it …. please call us on 01503 598356 or email us and Bryony will be happy to assist you.

If you do need to return any goods to us, please make sure that they are packaged securely and we strongly recommend they are returned using insured registered delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please retain post office receipt for proof of postage. This is really important as we can only issue a refund once we have received the goods, in their original condition.

If you are unhappy with the good’s received we will refund them providing they are returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Many of our products are hand painted or finished, and although we try to offer an accurate description and likeness of colour etc, each item is unique and slight variations may occur.
